SysLogPro ("the Software") is developed and distributed by GFR Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Software handles your data.
SysLogPro does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data or system data. The Software scans your local machine and generates a report that exists only on your device. No information is sent to our servers or any third party at any time.
During normal operation, SysLogPro reads the following information from your local machine for the sole purpose of generating a PDF report:
This data is processed entirely in memory on your device. Once the report is generated, no scan data is retained by the Software. If you do not save the PDF, all scanned data is discarded when the Software is closed.
When you activate a license key, the Software contacts our licensing provider (Lemon Squeezy) to verify the key. This process transmits only your license key and activation count — no system data is included.
The Software may periodically check for updates by requesting a version file from our servers. This request contains no personal information or system data.
We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

Due to the digital nature of SysLogPro, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a license key has been issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
SysLogPro is a downloadable software product. Because the product is delivered digitally and can be used immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

In the rare event that a confirmed technical defect prevents the Software from functioning as described and we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. To report a defect, contact us at support@gfr-labs.net.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate revocation of your license key.

By downloading, installing, or using SysLogPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Personal License: A Personal License grants one individual the right to install and use SysLogPro on up to two machines for personal, non-commercial use. Only one machine may be in active use at a time. The two activations exist to allow for transfer to a new machine. You may not share, resell, or sublicense a Personal License.
Business License: A Business License grants your organization the right to install and use SysLogPro on up to 100 machines within your organization. The license is valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually. Business Licenses may not be resold or transferred to another organization.

Personal License holders receive free updates for the lifetime of their license key. Business License holders receive updates during their active subscription period.
SysLogPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Use of the Software is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GFR Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
